Therapy Room Equipment

A facility does not buy "furniture and teaching aids" — it equips a role. A speech therapist, a psychologist, an occupational therapist, a special-education teacher and a sensory integration specialist all work differently, so their rooms differ too: different zones, different floor area, different documents they are procured under.

Every solution here is not a product list but a room built around the sequence of a session — from how the child arrives and settles to how the specialist records the result. You receive a specification with part numbers, ready for a tender or a donor application.

Five rooms in this section

Speech therapy room

Articulation, breathing, oral motor work, phonemic awareness, connected speech and alternative communication. The core is the mirror and storage organised by sound: one box, one sound. From 12–18 m² for one-to-one work.

School psychologist's room

Assessment, remedial work, emotional regulation, work with families. It needs two different spaces in one room: a place to talk and a place to play and observe.

Occupational therapy room

Restores everyday actions: holding a spoon, fastening a button, writing a word. It holds what nothing else does — standardised hand-function tests and adaptive daily-living aids. 32 m², ages 7+.

Special education teacher's room

Cognition, learning capacity, academic skills, communication. The only room that gathers adapted primers and manuals for children with intellectual disabilities. From 15–18 m².

Sensory integration room

Not a sensory room: here the child does not calm down, the child works through movement. The core is a load-bearing suspension system chosen for the specific ceiling. From 30 m², ceiling height from 2.7 m.

What every solution includes

  1. Site visit, measurement and zone planning.
  2. 3D visualisation before purchase — you see the room before you pay for it.
  3. Three configurations: essential, optimal, maximum — for different municipal budgets.
  4. Furniture from our own production, vetted teaching materials and imported equipment.
  5. Delivery, assembly, installation.
  6. Staff training through ISD Academy.
  7. A specification with part numbers, formatted for tenders or donor applications.

Procurement in Ukraine

Resource-room equipment and remedial aids are named directly in the Ministry of Education equipment list — Order No. 1671 of 27 November 2024 — so they are procured by name. Cabinet Resolution No. 129 of 5 February 2026 requires a separate calming and withdrawal zone in every resource room. Funding comes from the special educational needs subvention. There is no regulatory barrier; the question is who writes a specification that makes the room actually work.
