OC-939G Perfect Home Chair: a child's workstation that grows with them

OC-939G is a swivel children's chair by the Ukrainian brand Perfect Home, made for a pupil's home workstation, a study zone, a specialist's room or a resource room. It is not a scaled-down office chair but a model designed around a specific problem: a child sits at a desk whose height cannot adapt to them — so the chair has to close that gap.

The core pairing: 41–51 cm seat adjustment plus a footrest

These two features only work together. A standard writing desk stands 75 cm high and is sized for an adult. Seat a child at it and they either reach up to the worktop with their shoulders or sit with their feet hanging in the air. Both come to the same thing: load on the back and neck instead of support.

OC-939G solves this in two steps. The gas lift raises the seat across a 41–51 cm range, so the forearms rest on the worktop while the shoulders stay down. The height-adjustable footrest returns support to the feet at the level the child can actually reach. Feet planted, thighs supported by the seat, back against the backrest — that is correct seating posture. A chair without a footrest does not complete this chain.

Adjustable armrests

The armrest angle can be set, giving the elbows support during writing and keyboard work. This is not decoration: the weight of the arms hangs on the elbows, and without support it transfers to the shoulder girdle.

Breathable mesh back

The upholstery combines fabric with mesh. A mesh back does not trap heat, so the child's back does not overheat during an hour or two of study — one of the most common reasons children fidget and cannot stay seated.

Stability, safety, flooring

The base is a castor-equipped star base. The wheels are silent: the chair does not rumble across the room or disturb anyone working nearby. The frame and legs are white plastic paired with grey upholstery — a calm, neutral combination that keeps visual load low and suits any child's room.

Maximum load is 70 kg. This is a real limit worth checking before purchase: the model is intended for children and teenagers, not adult users. If an adult will also use the chair, choose a different model.
