Inclusive Two-level ISD sandbox

The complex includes five racks consisting of a metal base and wooden glued beams with a section of 100*100. The metal base consists of a pipe D25*2.8, to which a bent strip 50*4 is welded from one end for installing a beam. From the other end, a 45*45 bracket with a thickness of 2 mm is welded. A sandbox and a container with a diameter of 650 mm and a thickness of at least 1 mm are located on the racks.

The sandbox is made of moisture-resistant plywood with a thickness of at least 15 mm and a metal welded structure. The construction frame is made of prof. pipes 40*25 and sheet 3 mm. Plywood elements are connected to each other with 40*40 corners. The base for the container is made of moisture-resistant plywood with a thickness of at least 15 mm, which rests on support brackets made of prof. pipes 40*25 and flanges 120*40*3. Plywood decorative overlays that are attached to the sandbox are made of moisture-resistant plywood with a thickness of at least 10 mm.

The sandbox of the first level is made of moisture-resistant plywood with a thickness of at least 15 mm. To the sandbox are attached metal mortgages made of a 40*40 corner, to which a 60*60 support with a thickness of 2 mm is welded. The seats are made of moisture-resistant plywood with a thickness of 15 mm.
