The ISD™ Vegetable Peeler is a specially designed adaptive device for individuals with limited upper limb function or those who can use only one hand. It allows the user to peel vegetables and fruits independently and safely without needing to hold the item in the other hand.

The peeler is secured to a countertop or work surface and features a reliable product holder. Its blade is positioned at an optimal angle for effective peeling with minimal effort.
Developed in collaboration with occupational therapists, it supports the restoration of independence in daily life and builds user confidence in performing everyday kitchen tasks.
